Navalior Group collects only the data you provide through the contact form: name, email address, organisation, phone number, subject and message content. Optional fields may be left blank.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request. Processing is based on your voluntary decision to contact us and on Navalior Group's legitimate interest in replying. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.

Recipients and hosting

Messages are received by the Navalior Group teams authorised to respond. The site and the form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as technical processor. This transfer outside Côte d'Ivoire and the European Union is covered by the contractual safeguards offered by Netlify.

Retention

Your data is kept for the time needed to process your request, and no longer than three years after the last contact.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only and the form is protected against automated submissions.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, objection to or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@navalior.com. You may also contact the competent authority: ARTCI in Côte d'Ivoire, or the CNIL in France.

Cookies and analytics

The site's fonts are hosted locally, so no data is sent to third-party services when you visit. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. No analytics cookie is set without your consent. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" button at the bottom of every page.
